How long does payment processing take?

Paypal and credit card processing is instant. Using one of these is the best way to make sure that your item is shipped promptly. E-Checks will usually take 4-5 business days to clear. Cashier's Checks, Certified Checks, and Money Orders could take up to 10 business days from the time that we receive them to process and clear.

I found an identical item cheaper at another store. Will you match their price?

Usually. If you find an identical item at another online retailer, let us know. We’ll review it and most likely can match their out the door price, which would include all fees, shipping charges, and applicable taxes. Many online retailers enjoy selling their items “cheap” but sneak in all sorts of other charges and outrageous shipping on the backend of checkout. Not here. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the carrier's daily rates, as well as the size and weight of the item. Total shipping charges will be calculated once you have added all items to your cart, enter your zip code, and click "update." Each Product Information page also has a shipping estimator built-in. This estimate does not include applicable discounts or promotions that will be deducted once you proceed to checkout.

When will my item be shipped?

Most items are shipped the same day as ordered if placed before 1 pm EST. No items will be shipped until payment has been received.

How long will it take to receive?

Most items are shipped via UPS. Transit time varies accordingly based on where the item is going. Most items will arrive within 3-4 business days. Click Here for approximate in-transit days for ground packages.

Is there a shipping discount for multiple item purchases?

Shipping for multiple items is at a reduced rate. Your shopping cart will automatically recalculate the shipping total when you are ready to checkout.

Is local pickup available?

We are not offering a local pickup at this time.

I have received an incorrect item. What now?

If for any reason the item that you have received is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately, and we will get the product exchanged ASAP. We are human as well, and can make errors from time to time. We will do everything in our power to remedy the situation to your satisfaction.

How do I return an item?

Extreme Audio Deals provides our customers with a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our brand new products. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within the first 30 days for a refund or merchandise credit.

To return an item, simply contact Customer Service for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number, and any additional instructions will be provided. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

I ordered an item for my car, but it doesn't fit.

Items that need to be returned can be in accordance with our return/exchange policies. Shipping charges to and from are non-refundable.

The item I received is damaged.

Although rare, items can be damaged in the shipping process. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at Customer Service and we will be happy to file a shipping damage claim on your behalf with the carrier that delivered your item. Please understand that we have no control over what happens to a package once it leaves our warehouse.

My item has stopped working. How do I have it repaired?

All items come with a minimum 1 year warranty, some items up to 6 years depending on the manufacturer. If you are not sure of your items warranty period, visit Customer Service to contact our Warranty Department. We will be happy to assist you in getting your item restored to good working order.
