Paying by credit card or Paypal will ensure immediate shipment of your item.
Almost all items ship the same day as ordered if paid by 1:00 p.m. EST.
All other payment methods will require a holding period for funds to clear,
and could significantly delay shipping time.

Shipping
All orders usually ship the same day as placed if paid before 1:00 p.m. EST.
We do our best to get your items out of our warehouse and onto your doorstep as quickly as
possible. Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and size, and are
based on the carriers current rate. Unlike many other online retailers, we do not sell our
items “cheap” and then charge outrageous shipping and handling fees on the backend of checkout.
In order to best accommodate your needs, we offer a variety of different shipping services to
choose from. You will be prompted at the time of checkout to select one option. The default
shipping method is UPS Ground if no other option is selected. Most items have the choice of
upgrading to 3-Day Select or 2nd Day Air. We do combine shipping costs for multiple
item purchases and pass the savings on to you.
A complete shipping total will be calculated automatically for you once all items have been
added to your cart and you proceed to checkout. Or enter your zip code within the shopping cart
and click "Update" for a shipping quote. Shipping rates may increase for some items that
carriers consider oversized, overweight, or require special handling. A confirmation number will be
provided to you after your order is complete. Enter this number on the
Tracking Page
to view your invoice and package tracking information.

Returns
Extreme Audio Deals provides our customers with a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our brand new products. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within the first 30 days for a refund or merchandise credit.
A copy of the original invoice for the item must be included in the package. Items must be returned complete with all original parts/documentation. The item must be in “new” or “like new” condition. Any items returned without all the proper materials will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price. Any missing or damaged accessories (i.e. remote controls, wiring harnesses) will be deducted from the credit amount.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except for items considered DOA (Dead On Arrival), and items must be returned freight pre-paid. DOA is defined as items that are inoperative at the time of 1st use. Notification of a DOA item must be received within 7 days of confirmed delivery, and a copy of the installation invoice from a reputable facility must accompany the item when returned.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from an Extreme Audio Deals representative. Please visit our Customer Service department to obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) before sending any items back. The RGA number must be clearly visible on the exterior of the package, or the item will be refused and returned to sender. Any items that are cosmetically damaged or show signs of abuse will not be accepted for credit.

Warranty
All products sold by Extreme Audio Deals are BRAND NEW and include a warranty period. We do not deal in any used items. At times we will receive some factory refurbished items or resell open box items. These products are clearly marked as such and are sold at a significant price reduction. They can be found under the “Price Reduced” and “Open Box Items” sections of the store.
Warranty periods are as follows:
• Brand New items: Minimum of 1 year, full parts/labor coverage. Varies according to product and manufacturer. See item details for terms.
• Factory Reconditioned: 90 day limited warranty
• Open Box Items: 90 day limited warranty
Many products will carry a manufacturer’s warranty period. For those that do not, ExtremeaudioDeals.com will honor a full 1 year warranty period, covering parts and labor.
Warranty coverage will apply only to items used in a manner for which they were intended by the manufacturer and that have been professionally installed. The installation invoice from a reputable facility will be required. The product may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Shipping charges to and from our facility or the manufacturer are not covered, and will be the customers responsibility. Warranty is void if specific serial numbers, manufacturer seals, or product stickers have been removed or otherwise altered in any way.
Warranty is void on any product deemed to be abused, improperly installed, or used in a manner other than for its intended purpose.
Abuse is defined as (but not limited to):
• Damaged or punctured speaker surrounds
• Burnt, blackened, or melted voice coils
• Chipped, bent, or broken frames
• Broken or bent speaker terminals
• Blown speakers or subwoofers are not covered
ExtremeAudioDeals.com shall not be held responsible for incidental loss of use, installation, removal, or reinstallation charges for any defective, returned, or exchanged units.
